Shanghai. I’ve had the most amazing opportunity to spend much of my time in Shanghai since April 2012. Its exciting and energetic and home to 26 million people and counting. It seems to run efficiently and is full of interesting and friendly people. From my perspective, it respects its historical past—maybe that’s why I like it so much. The French Concession has been ‘home’ the past few months and I love it. Beautiful old sycamore trees shade the streets and all sorts of interesting little shops mixed in with the old mansions that have been turned into many apartments. Below are some images taken from my morning walk.
